DUB THIEF is a Los Angeles dub band influenced by King Tubby, Lee “Scratch” Perry, and Augustus Pablo, English Reggae groups The Specials, The Police, The English Beat, as well as groups like Medeski Martin and Wood, Galactic, and Nerve. Their repertoire includes originals as well as tunes by Pink Floyd, David Bowie, The Beatles, Radiohead and cult classics from the 70’s and 80’s.
